Wednesday Work: Is there a spider in your Wednesday?

Wednesday Work: Is there a spider in your Wednesday?

What happens when you find a creepy spider on the bunch of bananas as you’re about to grab one? I freaked out! Look closely at the picture. I recognized this kind of creepy spider. It’s one that pulls its little scrawny legs up beside him making it look like a light colored little ball. Then when you go to pick it up its legs come out revealing it’s a SPIDER!!! Ask me how I know?!?!!!!!!

Let’s just say I’ve learned that lesson! This time I will NOT attempt to pick it up. In fact, I’ll call for my husband to do the dirty work. No wait! Even better, first I’ll grab my phone and take a picture and Instagram it! Great idea! Where’s my phone? Spider, don’t you go anywhere while I’m gone! Oh I would tear this kitchen apart to find you!!!!

So, I found my phone and returned. The creepy little spider is still there. I get my phone in position. I start to zoom (so I don’t have to get to close) but then I remember the resolution would be grainy. I know it’s better to simply get closer to the spider to get the better pic so, I brave it. I get closer to the spider. YUCK!!! As I get a few pics I get braver. I decide to get a few different angles of the thing since its remaining perfectly still for me. As I do… that’s when I notice its unique coloring. It matches the bananas perfectly. I get a different angle and that’s when I notice…it’s a piece of the banana stem!!!! It fell onto the bunch when someone grabbed one before me!!!

Relieved and feeling a bit like a small child I realize…it’s my Wednesday Work Blog! So how’s your Wednesday going? Spider or no spider you hang in there! Like a bunch of bananas, there’s not a thing you can do about it! But remember…Friday’s a-comin’!
